As the title of this blog suggests Wilz is continuing on concert line up,
This blog piece is a follow on from former the blog piece https://www.walkwithwilz.com.au/post/personal-blogz-covid-concert-wilz, please check out this blog if you haven't had a read yet, but if you have thank you, I, Wilz really appreciates it,
But as of that last post thanks to inflictions of COVID 19, I had the pleasure of joining in on the Super Junior and BTS streams but now there a quite a few online concert streams that Wilz is going to be joining in on,
So coming up soon Wilz will be attending the Dreamcatcher, (G)I-dle, VICTON and Monsta X streams, and I am super excited for them all, I really can't wait to see how each stream will differ in their own respective ways but also how each group goes about interacting with their fanbases,national and international,
I am curious though, have any of you caught any online concert streams Walkerz? What was your experience like from purchasing tickets to engaging with the stream? Where the entertainment companies helpful and was the process streamlined? Sorry sorry I am asking so many questions, but I have had a varied range of experiences so far with the whole process,
So far most of the experiences I have had in purchasing tickets online especially internationally has been majorly positive but I have one experience that I was a bit frustrated with,
I am sorry sorry Monsta X but the platform LivexLive was a bit frustrating to use and purchase tickets from, in the moment I did send out some frustrating tweets which you can probably see on my twitter timeline, but it did take like a day or two to be able to purchase my ticket, and I did apologise to LivexLive through email when I seeked out some customer service, but otherwise all of my experiences in purchasing online has been simple to do and very streamlined,
For a platform that specialises in live music performance, LivexLive did take some time to go thru and to understand, during my time on the platform while I was trying to purchase a ticket, I was seeing a countless numbers of tweets from frustrated fans, from experience I could understand how their system basically worked but there was a lot of technological glitches that screwed up the whole process, and for the sheer amount of volume of traffic that the site goes thru at sales time LivexLive needs to do something to prevents these glitches from happening and from fans getting angry and frustrated with the system,
But I am lucky I didn't give up and kept trying, eventually I got there in the end and I even met a fellow fan who was also struggling and we connected over some tweets, besides from hanging in there and eventually purchasing my ticket the upside of the whole transaction was connecting with fans and creating some new friends that way, although not the best way to start a friendship being frustrated with something, but we had our love of the group in common at least, hopefully we can remain in touch and get to know each other a lot better,
