A Concept a Page

Just as the name suggest, each webpage should contain one main central concept. You should not try to overload your pages with so many concepts and barrels of information that your user cannot keep up with. If the concept your discussing comes with a lot of information, it is recommended that you break it up into more manageable pieces using visual hierarchy, e.g. headings and fonts.

Visual Hierarchy

Visual hierarchy is the principle of arranging elements to show their order of importance. Designers structure visual characteristics—e.g., menu icons—so users can understand information easily. By laying out elements logically and strategically, designers influence users’ perceptions and guide them to desired actions. - Interaction Design Foundation

A lot of webpages break down visual hierarchy by their use of headings to create structure and flow of information on their web pages, the most important topics of information using the largest bold headings, filtering down to the small headings with less important information. Organizing your content in this way will make it easier for your user to read and follow the information on your web pages, as well as show casing what is of greater importance.

Don't Make Me Think

"Don't Make Me Think" is a powerful reminder that user experience is all about making things effortless for your audience. It's about guiding them, not confusing them. So, next time you're designing a website, remember these golden nuggets from Krug's book. Keep it simple, make it intuitive, and never make your users think twice. - Samuel Perumal

Taken from the book of the same name by Steve Krug, it is all about designing websites and pages that are effortless for your reader to follow, guiding them to the important information they are searching for and reducing the chances of those ick and gr moments on your website.

If you can organize your content in a way that is easy for your reader to grasp and follow, so utilizing the concepts of visual hierarchy and keeping a clear concept to a webpage, the user will be more inclined to visit your website time and time again as they will enjoy using it more.

Going forward

We hope you found these tips helpful for organizing your content on your website, we hope they help you to organize the content on your pages in such a way that is more user friendly, and increase the number of visitors to your site, we wish you all the very best.
